Our president and owner brings the operational and engineering experience to position our company as the leader in the information technology industry. Ken is responsible for the management of Velocity's operations including accounting, human resources and general business administration.
Ken also has several other interests, including real estate properties located in Michigan and Indiana.

Kent has several years of business ownership and project management experience. Kent has spent most of his career in the information technology industry, working with executive level manufacturing and distribution managers on various IT and business projects.
Kent has been very busy marketing Velocity's technology services, which include well-recognized managed service programs and application hosting services.
Mark Pardee, vice president of engineering

Mark, our vice president of engineering and co-owner, has more than 20 years of experience in the computer industry. Mark has led several project teams in the development of business critical systems.
Mark has 12 years of experience supporting The Agency Manager (TAM) from Applied Systems and has worked on large, high profile projects with executive management.
Mark also has experience programming mainframes and PCs. Mark is a Microsoft Certified Professional, Novell Certified Netware 5 Engineer, HP Certified Professional, WatchGuard Certified technician and Citrix Systems administrator.

Our vice president and co-owner has more than 18 years of experience operating a small business. Cheryl oversees Velocity's Human Resource Department where she coordinates the ongoing employee training program.
Cheryl's other responsibilities include accounts receivable, inventory control, quality assurance and office administration.
Chris Conn, Support Desk technician

As one of Support Desk and infrastructure technicians, Chris assists customers with level one support issues.
Chris has more than 10 years of experience with cabling infrastructure and installation, controls equipment and data center design. Chris also oversees the installation and configuration of our network cameras and video technologies.

Dan is one of our experienced support technicians. His experience working for several highly respected national electronics retailers has allowed him to fine tune his excellent customer service skills.
Dan also has a CCNA specialization and is pursuing a degree in computer networking.

Noel has over 15 years of computer and internet expertise. Noel has written a dozen books on topics ranging from internet usage and development to online learning strategies. He has also developed software and websites for industry, universities, school systems, and ministries and has more than 10 years of small business and project management experience.
Pat Odonnell, Support Desk technician

As one of our support technicians, Pat works at our support desk assisting customers with level one support issues. Pat’s more than 16 years of experiencing teaching in public and private schools has given him the people skills he needs to offer our customers excellent customer service.
Pat also worked for an international IT services company as a help desk agent. While with this company, he serviced a large group of users, trained new help desk agents and provided ongoing quality assurance feedback to the organization.
